Consultation has concluded
The Rural City of Murray Bridge is undertaking a review of its by-laws. The Council has approved the following proposed by-laws for public consultation:
By-law No.1 Permits and Penalties 2016: To provide for and regulate permits and penalties issued by the Council.
By-law No.2 Local Government Land By-Law 2016: A by-law to regulate access to and use of local government land (other than Roads).
By-law No.3 Roads By-Law 2016: A by-law to regulate certain activities on roads in the Council area.
By-law No.4 Moveable Signs By-Law 2016: A by-law to regulate the construction and placement of moveable signs on roads.
By-law No.5 Dogs By-Law 2016: A by-law for the management and control of dogs in the Council area.
The proposed by-laws can be examined during normal business hours at:
* The Local Government Centre 2 Seventh Street Murray Bridge SA 5253
* Murray Bridge Public Library 51 South Terrace Murray Bridge SA 5253
The community is invited to provide feedback on the proposed by-laws.
