Johnstone Park Combined Clubrooms Lease

Council would like community feedback on extending the Johnstone Park Combined Clubrooms for another 10 years.

Pursuant to Section 202 (2) of the Local Government Act 1999 and in accordance with the Council’s Public Consultation Policy the Council seeks written submissions from interested persons concerning the proposed Memorandum of Lease for the Johnstone Park Combined Clubrooms Inc to utilise the Johnstone Park Clubrooms for the purposes of community activities.

Public comment is invited to assist Council negotiate a new lease for a period of 10 Years (5+5) which will recognise the needs of the community and the Johnstone Park Combined Clubrooms Inc.

A copy of the leased area is available for inspection in the Document Library to the right of this page or at the Local Government Centre, 2 Seventh Street Murray Bridge SA 5253.
