Let’s talk about…Johnstone Park – Business Murray Bridge Lease
Council seeks written submission concerning the proposed Memorandum of Lease Business Murray Bridge to utilise the existing Pigeon Club building at Johnstone Park for storage, meetings and pigeon club activities, pursuant to Section 202 (2) of the Local Government Act 1999 and in accordance with the Council’s Public Consultation Policy.
The lease is to utilise the existing Pigeon Club building at Johnstone Park for storage, meetings and pigeon club activities.
Public comment is invited to assist Council negotiate a lease for the period of 5 years (with a right of renewal for a further 5 years) which will recognise the needs of the community and Business Murray Bridge.
A copy of the leased area is available here.
Hard copies are also available for inspection at the Local Government Centre, 2 Seventh Street Murray Bridge.
