Let’s talk about… Murraylands Community Men’s Shed lease renewal

Council seeks written submission concerning the proposed Memorandum of Lease for the Murraylands Community Men’s Shed Inc., pursuant to Section 202 (2) of the Local Government Act 1999 and in accordance with the Council’s Public Consultation Policy.

The lease is to utilise a portion of the Murray Bridge Showgrounds for the purposes of community activities.

Public comment is invited to assist Council negotiate a new lease for a period of 10 years (5+5) which will recognise the needs of the community and the Murraylands Community Men’s Shed Inc.

A copy of the leased area is available here.

Hard copies are also available for inspection at the Local Government Centre, 2 Seventh Street Murray Bridge.
