Consultation has concluded
Council is inviting public submissions in regard to renewing a Memorandum of Lease and Community Facility User Agreement with the Murray Bridge United Soccer Club.
Pursuant to section 202 (2) of the Local Government Act 1999 and in accordance with the Council's Public Consultation Policy the Council seeks written submissions from interested persons concerning the proposed Memorandum of Lease and Community Facility User Agreement for the Murray Bridge United Soccer Club Inc to utilise a portion of Allotment 42 Beatty Terrace, for the purposes of Soccer Club Activities.
Public comment is invited to assist Council negotiate a new Memorandum of Lease and Community Facility User Agreement for a period of 10 years (5+5) which will recognise the needs of the community and the Murray Bridge United Soccer Club.
A copy of the leased area is available for inspection at the Local Governemnt Centre 2 Seventh Street Murray Bridge, on Council's website www.murraybridge.sa.gov.au under Public Consultation or by simply clicking the link in the document library on the right of this screen. .
