Consultation has concluded

The Rural city of Murray Bridge recognises the importance of trails to improving community health and an increasing demand for trail based regional tourism. The role and importance of trails has evolved significantly in the last 10 to 15 years and they are now a regular recreational activity and have become a part of the lives of a growing portion of our society, The benefits of trails are also attracting attention, particularly in the areas of tourism, economic development and health.

The increased demand for trail use and trail opportunities has led to greater expectations for experiences, information, standards and safety and support facilities. The trail strategy will guide the provision, development and ongoing management of trail facilities throughout the region.

There will be a community forum from 6pm until 7.30pm 27 October 2016 @ The Station, Railway Terrace, Murray Bridge.

We have created an online survey so we can capture the views of all interested community members - click here to have your say!
