River Murray Football League Inc Lease Consultation

Council is asking for feedback on a proposed lease for the River Murray Football League to use two rooms at the Railway Control Building in Murray Bridge.

Pursuant to Section 202 (2) of the Local Government Act 1999 and in accordance with the Council’s Public Consultation Policy, the Council seeks written submissions from interested persons concerning the proposed Memorandum of Lease for the River Murray Football League to utilise two rooms within the Railway Control Building for league purposes.

Public comment is invited to assist Council negotiate a lease for the period of 5 years (with a right of renewal for a further 5 years) which will recognise the needs of the community and the River Murray Football League.
