Consultation has concluded
The Council seeks written submissions concerning the proposed new Memorandum of Lease for the construction of a takeaway shop at Sturt Reserve, Murray Bridge, pursuant to Section 202 (2) of the Local Government Act 1999 and in accordance with the Council’s Public Consultation Policy.
The lease is to use a portion of the Sturt Reserve for the purposes of a takeaway shop.
Public comment is invited to help Council negotiate a new lease for a period of 10 Years (5+5) which will recognise the needs of the community and the the Shack Takeaway shop.
Hard copies are also available at the Local Government Centre, 2 Seventh Street Murray Bridge.
