Consultation has concluded

Council endorsed its inaugural Biodiversity Strategy at the 14 September 2015 Council meeting.

The aim of the Biodiversity Strategy is to enhance a sustainable natural and built environment that meets current and future community needs and to maintain and enhance the species of genetic diversity, vegetation associations and habitat types currently occurring within existing native vegetation.

The Biodiversity Strategy has synergies with a number of other RCMB strategies/plans. These include:

1/. Rural City of Murray Bridge Environmental Management Plan, 2013-2018

2/. Rural City of Murray Bridge Roadside Vegetation Management Plan, 2014-2019

3/. Rural City of Murray Bridge Bushfire Management Plan
