    The Communications Team aims to help RCMB staff to develop and implement effective Communications Plans to share information with stakeholders.  

    The Team helps refine messaging and provides guidance on media releases, community consultation, use of surveys through Let’s Talk,  new website opportunities, social media, outdoor advertising, events, graphic design, print and much more.

    We are currently reviewing our operational delivery and processes to ensure the effectiveness, quality and timeliness of our communications.

    Thank you for supporting the Communications Team by completing this survey. Your feedback is important and your responses will help us understand what we can do to improve our communications, collaboration and efficiency

  • The Human Resource Management Delegations Guideline is now due for review and the attached version is open to staff consultation. 

    The Guideline outlines the extent of delegated authority and decision making, made at the appropriate level within our hierarchy, on all aspects of Human Resource management of Council employees. 

    The Managers Forum has made suggestions and the revised changes are tracked in the attached document, changes in particular to note are: 

    • The added level of ‘Direct Line Supervisors’ – to be identified but is different to Team Leaders, 
    • Lerwin will remain separated as the Manager at Lerwin has a higher level of Delegation than other Managers.
